Have Anyone Tried Pregnancy Pillow

I've been experiencing back aches and it's becoming hard to fall asleep. I read somewhere that pregnancy pillows can help to get sound sleep and ease body aches. Has anyone tried any pregnancy pillows? Which one did you find useful? Thanks 🙂

i have u shape pillow though i still have to do stretching as I still get hip pains and cramps in random nights. this pillow is very useful in between thighs and back support. i also have a small pillow to support my belly
