Concern Mom

I've been delayed for a month now.. nag PT ako once and it came out positive... I've been to the Health center this morning and they gave me folic acid and injected me Anti-tetanus... and according to them I am 6 weeks preggy. Is it okay po ba na wag muna magpa Ultrasound?
