I took gaviscon advance given by my gyne. And I ate very simple food like simple guo tiao in light soup with some minced meat and vegi + a serving of fruits. Don't eat too much in the beginning. Put extra pillows when lying down. That helped me instantly. I did a bit of yoga stretching too to help release the gas.
