Its said babies can see spirits/angels, is this true?

I believe they can, and not only can babies see them, but children can too! When my older brother passed away two years ago, my younger brother was just 10 years old. We were at the supermarket near our place (during the week of the funeral) and my younger brother had told me that my older brother was there with us. It wasn't scary or anything but it was comforting I guess to know that children can see spirits, especially if they're family.
