Fast food cravings

Isit okay to eat fast food every other day during pregnancy? I've been craving for anything with bread (Eg. Mcdonald/ subway) And other than that I basically have no appetite even though I'm at 13 weeks now. I am worried but I feel like eating something is better than nothing? 😔#pregnancy #advicepls
