Isit normal to be exhausted after showering?Until you dont feel like showering

Same here. I used to be able to shower for 2 hours, but now only about 20 to 30 mins.. I feel the hot water makes me dizzy and dehydrated, so I try to drink water beforehand, then shower with cold water afterwards and drink water again. :)
