Relationship With Mother In Law

Question

Isa lang ito sa mga gumugulo sa isip ko as FTM, months ago, nalaman ko na ininvite ng Mother-In-Law ko yung ex ng husband ko sa bahay nila at pinaglunch. Nung nalaman ko yun, that moment, I really dont know what to think. Nablanko ako in short. Why would my mother in law invited that ex of my husband. Then, initial reaction ko, I confronted my husband. And guess what, nag away lang kami. Bakit parang I can feel na theres something ayaw pag usapan ni hubby, etc. etc. Just sad na until now naaalala ko pa yung pangyayarimg yun na everytime makikita ko mommy ng husband ko, naaalala ko yung scenario na yun. 😔 Nagkakaroon ako ng trust issues. Sorry to hear that po. Much better pag usapan nyo ng husband mo and much better to set boundaries sa MIL mo, maybe, mahirap but a calm start of conversation will do and tell your husband how you feel about it
