Baby rashes

Is this a normal rash or something else? What natural product can I use for this?

Did you managed to see a PD and checked out what it was? Mine is starting to have those too.

Thanks for the info. I'm using cetaphil too and I went to see a PD. She couldn't tell what it was and gave us mild steroid and moisturiser to apply. It's been 2 days so hopefully it'll worked. 🤞
