Reckon it's normal. I'd imagine towards the end of your pregnancy, your baby is most likely head down and (almost) engaged in preparation for childbirth. Baby's head will be pressing squarely on your bladder and this means that you’ll have that urge to pee more than ever.

Yes, as Idza mentioned, your baby by now is big and would be pressing against your bladder. For me personally, I remember waking up a couple of times a night just to get up and pee. Sometimes I don't even bother going back to sleep and will "wait" for the next urge
