Irregular kasi menstruation ko, I haven't visited the doctor pa but my last menstruation ended April 25. Accurate ba na basis yun for my conception date? Or due date?

If irregular po ang period mo. Basing on your LMP is not reliable. Pag irregular po, most probably na sa first transvaginal ultrasound ibabase ni OB yung EDD mo.
