Your gynae should tell you if there is any concern for urinary tract infection. Usually, the scale is absent/1+/2+/3+. So 1+ means there was a small amount of bacteria noted in the urine. The number of epithelial cells is also a bit higher, meaning that the urine sample wasn’t the best (slightly contaminated), so in other words, let your gynae know if you have symptoms of urinary tract infection (eg. Bubbles/blood in urine, burning sensation when passing urine, etc) and let your gynae interpret this result and advise you accordingly

Check with your doctor and go for urine culture. Also next time you take a sample ensure to take first urine of the day after washing your vaginal area and collect the urine midstream
