My in-laws offered to pay for my confinement lady cost. I do not feel comfortable about it as I don't want to owe them anything. What would you do? Or any past experience?

Depends on what kind of people they are, if relationship is good, Why not. But if u can afford it, then just say you already arranged your own and reject politely.
