Plus-size pregnant lady

I'mma plus-size lady. I'm pregnant. But doc seems can't see where's my baby yet thru scan. What should I do? I scared Im gonna miscarriage or something. I need help:(

Dun worry maybe u r still v early into your pregnancy… sometimes tummy scan can’t see in the early week my gynae goes thru the vagina scan instead
