Hi Mummy, I’m a plus-size STM and weighing 100kg and standing at 160cm. I’m still the same weight now at 23 weeks as when I was pregnant with #1 at 23 weeks also. No GD for firstborn. Not sure about #2 cause I’ve yet to take ny OGTT end of April. Controlling my daily meals but not too extreme as I have sweet tooth easily. Watch your diet. For real, not kidding at all. Control your sugar intake daily. Drink plenty of water like 3L a day. Eat small meals frequently, don’t overeat as you can get breathless easily even in 1st trimester. Stretch a lot, wear comfy shoes and elevate your legs more often. Watch out for signs and symptoms of pre-eclampsia. I developed it post-delivery for my firstborn and was warded for 6 days in hospital. BP was 150s or more most of the time. So be careful. Being obese is dangerous so sneak in some walking at least 30 mins a day.

eat healthy. control your carbs and sugar intake. walk to replace your exercise if your gynae allows. watch for sugar and blood pressure as these two are very important. other thn that, im obese myself but unfortunately i had GD that turned into type 2 diabetes. but i didnt gain much during pregnancy. 6kg max. and ive other obese mommies also without GD who didnt gain much during pregnancy or some even lost weight. dont worry too much so long as baby is growing and healthy no cause for stress okay. also our bumps might not be as defined and kicks might be felt later. enjoy your pregnancy mummy
