Plus-size pregnant lady

I'mma plus-size lady. I'm pregnant. But doc seems can't see where's my baby yet thru scan. What should I do? I scared Im gonna miscarriage or something. I need help:(

usually week 7 or 8 onwards can see more clearly, too early really almost can't see.. don't worry and just take doctor advise as much as possible first
