ill be 6th months pregnant by sept

Im wondering if i should pass my letter of leave of absence or should i leave days before labor? I work in the hospital

Hi! I am about to give birth in Sept. My Manager's advise is to file a leave after I gave birth so I can be with my LO for a longer time. Well my job is way different from yours. But if you can still work until your due date that's better.

File atleast 1week before your edd mommy 😊

Talked to my ob she advised me not to go on duty, its hard to change ppe and do hospital duties...
