breaking the news

I'm at week 6 now and I'm concerned that sharing this news later to my superiors will not help in the planning of work for the next year. At which week of pregnancy is good to break the news? Or rather, any advice on this? TIA!

By around 11 or 12 weeks of pregnancy of ultrasound scan check when it confirms the baby is in stable stage.
