Feel hungry at week 7?

Hi I’m at week 7. I feel weird about my stomach. I have no food cravings. I can’t eat that much as I used to. But these few days I still feel hungry just awhile after I eat. I don’t know if it’s feel of hunger or something? I thought digestion would be slow during pregnancy? Any mummy experience the same? ☹️

Same! I feel you. Im in week 8 and i am also constantly hungry. Apart from growing 2 in me, my hunger is probably cos i have no appetite to eat anything. I eat small meals now just cos i cant swallow anything more. But its too small and little that my calories intake per day is so much smaller than i used to eat pre pregnancy, maybe thats why im constantly hungry. For now, I eat something whenever im hungry. I also try to spam liquids, water or milk, so that the hunger feeling goes away… My lips are dry too so my body is probably more dehydrated than hungry. Jiayou! We can do this!

Thanksss🙏🏻 good to know that it’s normal and I’m not alone. Jiayou!! 💪🏼🙂

It is fine for week 7, too early to have craving. Coz is still adjusting to your baby. As long you don’t throw out and eat as normal what you can is good enough. When I week 8 then feel some foods I cannot take like don’t like strawberry milk and seafood. Different pregnant ladies start diff time, as long is Gynae say baby is growing is fine. I lost weight until week 15. Then suddenly gain and craving come in. Haha!! Slowly and be 😃 Happy mummy, Happy tummy, Happy baby

Thank you for ur kind words 🙏🏻

Me too! all my previous pregnancy didn't feel like this much. This time i got so strong MS and also easily hungry even though only at week 6. Cravings usually come later part, but I'm like looking forward for sweet drinks daily. The urge is very strong even i know it's not good. haha! it's ok, trust your body. Just eat small portion, spread the time. ❤️

Thank you Nur 🙂 at least I’m not alone 🥲

its abit too early. the cravings usually come later on in pregnancy. mine started at 12weeks/beginning of my second trimester! but it varies for others. and your body is doing alot of work on making a baby so yes you will feel hungry more often. digestion will only slow down once baby grows bigger. so usually around your second gg on to your third trimester

u should spread your meals into small portion so you dont trigger the morning sickness and at the same time be able to lessen the feeling of hunger

Don't worry mommy,I'm always hungry too. so in between meals, I will go for light snacks like cheese n crackers, milo etc....Im in my 11+week, started getting hungry crazily at 5weeks. I had nausea but very seldom vomiting....every pregnancy is different, so don't worry much about it.

Different pregnancy different. Just follow what your body tells you. I'm always feeling hungry and wanting a snack during first trimester. Sometimes drinking something warm like non caffeine tea or milk will help too. Just don't overeat because you'll likely feel nausea.

I have no idea which week I am. But I can’t eat as much too. Im eating like a bird. Eating slightly more will cause indigestion and nausea resulting in my just vomiting it all out.

The feeling is horrible. I must eat whenever i feel hungry. Or else will feel like no strength. But I feel so sick to look at the food. No appetite. 😭😭😭 Mummy helpsss
