Yellow discharge with some blood streaks

Hi mummies, I’m at week 6 and I noticed yellow discharge with some Blood streaks after I wipe. I am getting worried and am wondering if it is sign of miscarriage ?💔 # Updates: wanted to provide an update. I couldn’t wait for my upcoming gynae and walked in to KK to see the doctor. They found a polyp and that is likely the cause of the bleeding. Doctor said that it is most likely benign and they will not remove when pregnant and sometimes it might get flushed out after child birth.
