water hurts

Hello! Im week 13 now and my aversion to drinking water has been rough (feels like im drinking dry water, it makes my throat feel like i swallowed sand) but now drinking water hurts my stomach too. Anyone has experienced this and know how else to hydrate? Fruit Juices make me puke out foam and im lactose intolerant.

Maybe sparkling water, coconut water, sparkling lemon water~ 100 plus, h2o works for me too~ Sometimes I just eat ice cubes - much better than water. Sometimes green tea (in moderation) and mild ginger tea helps as well.
