how do ya'll sleep with contractions?

im very tired due to work, and yet my contractions is getting worst at night it kept coming arnd 5-10 mins i need my sleep but its so painful that it keeps me awake ??

I eventually slept after tossing and turning in bed for awhile. If contractions are unbearable please go to the hospital
