I’m trying to conceive but I have pcos. Got checked earlier and my OB gave me medicine. Can anyone share some stories or tips on how to conceive right away?

pcos since 2015 ..diet and exercise Lang .. no med.take

I have pcos, diet and exercise lng ako, no medicatins
