Gestational Age

Im sure about my LMP (1st day) is January 16. So by now were expecting that im already 8 weeks and 4 days. But after my transv today is says that im on my 6th week and 3 days. Is this accurate? So im 2 weeks behind my expected aog. Please help

Magkaiba talaga po yun. Kasi yung isa sa mens mo lang nakabase while sa Trans v sa dev't nung baby. Akin nga 3 days difference.
