Gestational Age

Im sure about my LMP (1st day) is January 16. So by now were expecting that im already 8 weeks and 4 days. But after my transv today is says that im on my 6th week and 3 days. Is this accurate? So im 2 weeks behind my expected aog. Please help

possible daw ung ganun. pwede daw kasi late k n ngovulate kya behind ng 2 weeks.. may heartbeat n po ba? kung meron n, do not worry much pra iwas stress.
