short trip with baby

I'm planning to take my baby to mussoorie in the first week of august...is it safe and what precautions should i take...and should i take his winter clothes

Usually mussoorie sees heavy rainfall in the month of August.So temp might go down a bit. Better to keep some warm clothes for the baby.
