Cats during pregnancy

Are there any precautions i should take for my fur baby? It's my first time pregnant and i've heard alot of stories on cats but not sure what to do or cause of prevention! #firstmom #bantujawab #firsttimemom #pregnancy

hi there. me preg on 7th mth. have 3 fur babies. gynae advise not to clean litter as afraid what the poop might carry. but I done my research it's ok if they are totally domestic. not even a playtime outdoor. meaning their food are control by me. unlike domestic and half outdoor cats( dual living area exposure), they might eat insects or other like rat etc.. but mine 100% domestic plus I bought a long metal scooper for cleaning the cat litters so I am not in contact with their poop or pee at all. got sell in shoppee or lazada yah.

thanks so much for the tip! i've been wearing gloves as well whils scooping and will definitely invest in a better scooper over the plastic one i have! actually was considering to invest in an automatic litter cleaner but im not sure how far to go! i've even seen people wear mask but i'm not sure how one gets in contact enough to contract it, do u?
