They don’t call it “bun baking in the oven” for nothing. Being pregnant is really like a walking oven 😅 You might want to consider keeping yourself cool and hydrated. Wear clothes that are airy and you may want to start wearing wireless bras or even better if you’re planning to BF, start wearing your nursing bras. They are extremely comfortable. If the heat really gets to you, use cooling packs and slip them on your chest and underarms. Unfortunately these heat spells will continue into your PP period but will eventually get better in the months to come. My first pregnancy I used a standing fan, ceiling fan and ac as well throughout the day 😅 And even through PP it was also as bad. And now I’m on my second at 26 weeks and it’s slowly creeping in. But I promise you, it’ll get better. Hang in there momma! Hope this helps :)

For me generally i feel heaty (even before preggers). My small usb table fan is my best friend right now. I got a metal heavier duty usb clip fan with superb wind flow and direct blow lowest speed at my chest area. The aircon in my room is shitty, cos im nt in the aircon flow direction.

Same here, 38 weeks now and I get night sweats even in air-conditioned room, while my husband wraps himself up in a thick blanket. Read that it's due to hormones! Baby's also like a human heater.

If you use pregnancy safe antiperspirant, you can put some in the under boob 😊 or wear pregnancy bras that are breathable.

love your reply thank you so much

Switch on fan/aircon?
