i’m not sure how to stop my baby from swaddle :( she’s already 5 months and still swaddle when asleep

If she has started to show signs of rolling, you need to transit her out for safety reasons. You can either do cold turkey method (remove entirely and let her get used to it) or slowly transit her out. Start by taking 1 hand out of the swaddle for 3 days (the same hand) then switch the other hand and then remove both hands. Hope it helps! Transitions are the toughest so hang in there.

Maybe you use the zip swaddle or velcro swaddle instead of the muslin type.

Consider getting a sleep sack, can get cheap one from SHEIN for a try.
