Hi. You could repeat the urine test again if the period is not coming for another week. It could be the hormone after you get married as well; if you gain weigt much also can affect the hormone and your cycle.
U try to wait more 1 week and do upt again . If still negative and period delay . Better go to see Doctor for check up

Sometimes it’s too early for urine test to show positive so maybe try again in a few days or a week.
same with me...just married 2 months plus ready ..now im trying to conceive..

It's hormone changes,it happened to me also,I delay my period almost 3 months and doctor asked me to lost weight start healthy diet and now I'm pregnant 5 weeks 🙏
