me, i ate half boiled eggs almost everyday for breakfast n lunch. i didnt like fully cooked egg. i avoided raw things but half cooked is still fine. i ate alot of allergens, things that people are commonly allergic to like nuts, eggs all that. baby is healthy 1yo now in the 75% percentile, no known allergies, i introduced allergens to her super early as well, i did BLW n honestly, everything is fine to consume as long as it’s in moderation

i had both!

No. I totally avoid it. Firstly, I don't like such half-cooked egg. More important, it's still risky to harm your little one when having half-cooked egg. My dietitian also suggests not to eat these half-cooked eggs.

Whenever I feel like eating, I'd cook it myself which I'd purposely boil it till slightly more firm (not so runny kind), more like 3/4 boiled egg. Yup, pregnant women shld avoid eating half-cooked as much as possible.

Please avoid eating half cooked eggs. You wouldn’t want to risk getting the harmful bacteria which will affect your baby~
