soy milk is a great option, pack into your bottle/flask. you can also add some instant oats (choose less or no sugar option) into the soy milk to help you with the hunger. I usually mix No Sugar Soy Milk with Instant Oat drink. I'm also teaching, so I will take mint candy during class to help with the nausea. Immediately after class while moving to the next location I start snacking on oat biscuits, rice crackers, banana etc. weight gain is normal in pregnancy! but check with your doctor if you are concerned it might be too much.
I work where I can't be snacking all the time too. Liquid calories help. Pack some soya bean or small carton milk to have while teaching. I especially like the korean mixed grain soya bean. make sandwiches and portion into bite sized pieces that u can have in between classes. otherwise I'd airfry small things like chicken chunks or nuggets for 1-bite snacks.
Hello I’m experiencing the same as you, feeling nauseated all the time and eating helps, I’m also teaching. I kept eating and gained 2 kg in first tri. 😅 Try to snack on healthier foods like fruits and oats? In class if there’s no option to eat I’ll suck on a sweet discreetly.
Eat small meals, don’t eat till so full. Weight gain is normal during pregnancy, but it depends on each individual. Don’t worry, it will hopefully get better during second trimester!
I had the same issue, and we definitely have to eat, it's not really a choice. Thankfully the nausea abated in second trimester, and i could regulate my eating better and not overeat.
Try to eat lower carb food too, I lived on nuggets 😆 can also drink ginger tea
Bring Milo pack or Ribena in flask to class… that was my emergency plan haha
Can try some plain crackers or nuts in moderation
