very dry skin my face. why ?

I'm in my 2nd trimester n I have sudden very dry skin my face. what product best n safe to use for the treatment?

Some mummies i know developed dry skin and layered dead skin cell due to hormonal changes...but once they give birth the skin clears up as normal. Maybe get a good pregnancy safe moisturizer and scrub?
