Could be braxton hicks. Just time the cramping. For me, the contractions really feel like the feeling when you need to poo urgently. For now, just take it easy on your daily activities.
Cld be coming soon. Notice for any mucus plug, bloody show or water break breaking. Or contractions that are less than 5 mins apart
Definitely an early sign not active yet so do keep a look out for the other signs.
