Breastfeeding taking Panadol

I’m having a blocked nose and thinking abit Flu now, can i eat Panadol with Contains Phenylephrine HCl 5mg? As i know, bf mum only can take Paracetamol 500mg. Thanks

Take plain paracetamol.. no need to reduce the dose to 500mg. You can take the regular 1g (2 tablets). See a doctor for medicine for your cold. Antihistamines may reduce your milk output a little, but if you need it, the benefits may outweigh the costs..
