Baby electric swing

Im a ftm and Im thinking of getting an electric swing for my upcoming newborn. (Supervised short naps) Is it useful and worth it ? And until which age does your baby stop using it ? #advicepls #firstbaby

First child stop before the age of 1 or even earlier if I correctly remember. She loves manual swing so I got her that. While my second born, electric swing, currently she's 3 months old. Rarely use for her as and when needed esp if I am too tired or busy with chores. Otherwise pat her to sleep and in the cot.
