I’m from Vietnam and holding Spass here. I heard that holding Spass is can not get birth here . Is it true? Me and my boyfriend working here. And I really wanted to get birth my kid here. Anybody have the good answer please! 🙏🙏.thank you

Hi! Since you are SPass, you can give birth here in Singapore, no problem, however, they will still follow your citizenship because either you or your boyfriend is not Singapore Citizen and you need to apply the necessary pass for the baby to stay here..

it's against the law if you or your employer fail to report to MOM. You need to tell your employer to inform MOM.
