Food chart for 7 months old baby

Hi,I’m first time mom…i have 7 months old baby I started solids to her,but I’m confusing what kind of food&how much food to feed her…she has mild eczema so I’m worrying to introduce different foods.at present I’m using Gerber rice n oats cereal mixing with breast milk….pls share any food chart and timings for 7months old baby.
