First pregnancy

Hi, im a first pregnancy. Today is my 7 weeks. I went to kkh on 9 oct. They did the scan but they say still unable to confirm the edd. Is this normal ? But i went to private gynae they avle to confirm and even let me hear my baby heartbeat. Kkh didn't allow saying its not good for the baby. I don't know if really cannot or just lazy. Cause my private dr was shocked when i told him kkh don't allow. Oh, they don't do any blood test too. Is it normal to have bloating everytime we eat? Its really uncomfortable.
