Im a filipino mom married to singaporean.. I want to divorce my husband but i have 9 months baby, i want to divorce because i cannot take it leaving with him together with his family.. What should i do to make sure i can take my baby with me?

Tried talking to husband yet? Singapore law encourages shared responsibility..so difficult
