Im exclusive pump my bm. Im wanting to stop naturally without having engorgement or blocked duct. Im slowly reducing the number of pump from 5 to 3 and now 2 per day. How can i fully stop and knows there no more milk in me?

Continue to cut on the frequency of pumping, and also pump out less (75%).. eventually you will no longer get engorged or have milk leaking out. Then it’ll stop

Release some milk instead of pump and empty all out
