Gestational Diabetes

I'm diagnose to that so called gestational diabetes and I feel worried kc naka insulin ako with 6units. Ano po pwedi kong gawin to minimize my GD or kahit control lang. Pls any suggestion mga momsh? Im 22weeks preggy??
