Cannot reach below to wipe after urine or during shower

I'm currently week 32. After urine or during shower, while I try to wipe and wash my vagina urine area, I find it difficult to reach and slightly uncomfortable with my tummy. Pls advice if you faced the same issue and how do you clean. Thanks alot #1stimemom
