Feeling the exact same way now haha. Just have to take a stroll after a meal… i also felt alot of pressure on my pelvic area when full
when im on my 2nd trimister ifeel that too everytime i eat too much.Just try 6meal portion mummy.Eat less but eat more often
Hi Mummy, Yes this can happen. Try to take smaller portions but frequently and not heavy meal at one go. That might help
