No more pregnancy synthom

Im currently coming to 12weeks now.my concerned is the pregnancy synthom is mostly subside is it normal?as my appt is another 2weeks so im quite worried here..any advice?Thnks

Normal since you're 1 week away to 2nd trimester which by then all the pregnancy symptoms will subside. It may also comes and goes so don't be surprised if the symptoms comes back. Worry less ok. Worry and stress gives a negative impact to the pregnancy.

Its quite normal as you are entering 2nd trimester but best to consult gynae.
