Lump inside nipple

I’m currently breastfeeding and abt a month ago i realized there is a lump inside the area between nipple and areola. It feels pain when breastfeed or pumping. Anybody has similar experience before?

I have it multiple times. Clogged duct at the areola. Keep pumping / latching. And lecithin FTw
