Brown discharge

I'm currently at about 6 weeks. I started having brown discharge yesterday and the colour seems to be getting darker today. Other than this, I do not have any other discomfort like cramps or pain. Is this normal or should I go to a doctor? Did any of you experience similar brown discharge but have a viable pregnancy? I'm getting worried 😕 During my KKH appointment this week, the yolk sac and amniotic sac were observed through vaginal scan but no embryo observed yet.

Im having brown discharge since week 5. Now i am into week 8. Gynae said it’s common. I could see visible embryo with heartbeat already

Updates: I started having more severe and heavy bleeding today that was fresh blood with clots. Went to KKH urgent O&G, gynae confirmed that it is a miscarriage. For those who are experiencing similar symptoms, good to seek medical advice asap.
