Hello All. I'm currently on my 8th weeks. Will I be able to eat this snacks : DJ&A Shiitake Mushroom Crisps Lightly Cooked & Seasoned?

yes why not. as long as food is not raw. if not you’ll have a lot of things you need to ask if can eat

even aburi is also ok in moderation. salad leaves too, but make sure it’s thoroughly cleaned
