Back pain @ 32 wks

Hi. Im currently 32 wks and experiencing severe back pain. Any suggestions? #advicepls

make sure you are not constipated/bloated. I find that these would aggravate th3 back pain somehow. Im also entering 32 weeks in 2 days...Having them back pains as well 😫

I use to put a pillow below my back so I don’t sleep flat
