Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction (SPD) at 32 weeks - what helps?

Hi I'm currently 32 weeks pregnant and recently the pain in my symphysis pubis area has been getting worse. I'm still able to walk and climb stairs without pain but turning in bed has become a challenge. Turning in bed brings about pain, so now I have to turn very slowly and carefully. I try to wear a belly support if I know I'm going to be walking / standing alot. Like to know if any mummies have found any exercise or stretching that helps with SPD. TIA! #advicepls #pregnancy
