Water Leak Or Discharge?

Hi, I'm currently 20 weeks pregnant. Was lying on my bed and suddenly feel half of my panties is wet as if I pee on it. I don't feel pain, just the kicking of my baby near my vagina area which it's been weeks. Am I having water discharge or water bag leaking?

It could be urine leak. Can use a pad. If you cough or sneeze will leak too. Water bag leaking will be nonstop. whole shorts / pants will be very wet. Bed as well. If you find unusual better go hospital A&E
